Monitoring - Estimado cliente, Le informamos que, a partir del 9 de enero de 2026, en México se implementó la vinculación obligatoria de todas las líneas móviles (prepago y pospago) a una persona física o moral, medida que aplica para todos los operadores sin excepción.
Esto implica que los usuarios deberán registrar su línea utilizando una identificación oficial (INE) y CURP antes del 30 de junio de 2026. En caso de no cumplir con este requisito, las líneas podrán ser suspendidas. Esta medida tiene como objetivo reducir fraudes, fortalecer el control en el registro de usuarios y combatir delitos como la extorsión.
El servicio de Spark Telecomm continuará operando con normalidad; esta disposición no afecta el envío de mensajería, ya que su finalidad es fortalecer la seguridad en el uso de líneas móviles.
Asimismo les comentamos que el CR no se verá afectado, ya que la limitación aplica a llamadas salientes y entrantes, así como SMS salientes, pero no entrantes, por lo que los SMS seguirán entregándose con normalidad.

This means that users must register their mobile lines using a valid ID (INE) and CURP before June 30th, 2026. Failure to comply may result in service suspension. This measure aims to reduce fraud, strengthen user registration control, and prevent crimes such as extortion.
Spark Telecomm services will continue to operate as usual; this regulation does not impact wholesale messaging services, as its primary purpose is to enhance security in mobile line usage.
CR rates for SMS services will not be affected, as the service suspension will be aimed to making outbound and inbound calls as well as outbound SMS from end-users side, but the users will still be able to receive them.
